OWACA has been in existence since the early 1950s and was formerly known as the Wilshire-Adams Church Basketball League. 

This Year H.O.O.P. Foundation will partner to host the first Middle School League.

Team Formation:  - Aim for balanced teams to promote fair play and competition.

1 Team Per School  - 6th Through  - 8th 

_ 6 Total teams 

_ 3 Teams Per week

_ 3 Games Per Saturday

 

3. Game Format:  - 2 halves, (20 minutes per half).

 

4. Regular Season:

   Jan. 2024 to March 2024

 

5. Playoffs and Championships:

   - Week 1 of the Playoff determines the division champions.

   - Week 2 of the playoff determine the Seeding.

   - Week 3 of the Playoff determines two finalists

   - Week 4 of the playoff determines the Champion
